Who are we?
Introducing Vianney Henry Farmer – a dynamic force in arts education and the performing arts industry and the Director of BOLD International Eisteddfod!
With a rich background in teaching the Arts, he has not only captivated minds but also shaped voices and directed talent at the Tshwane University of Technology. He also served as the Head of Culture at Amberfield College for many years, where he infused creativity and passion into every performance production showcased.

Armed with a Diploma and BTECH Degree in Drama, Vianney has been recognized as a Teacher of the Year nominee by Solidarity, adding fuel to his dedication. Beyond the classroom, he has left an indelible mark as a Theatre Practitioner, earning a spot among the Mail&Guardian's Top 200 Young South Africans.

From stage productions like "Simfonia" to groundbreaking mobile thrillers like "ONSkuld", “Alexa – A Mobile Thriller” and “Brent – A Mobile Thriller” his work has garnered acclaim and nominations, fuelling his passion for storytelling. As the founder of VNA Productions and Editor-In-Chief of very the first South African Theatre Magazine (SATMag), he has championed South African theatre with enthusiasm on an international scale.

Beyond the spotlight, Vianney has adjudicated prestigious events like the ATKV-Teen National Play Festival, Aardklop Pronk Podium Play Festival and he served as a residential adjudicator for the South African National Community Theatre Competition; sharing his expertise and nurturing emerging talent.
